Clients may visit the notary in Croydon.

Arrangements may be made to meet clients at Heathrow or Gatwick airports or at other corporate locations.

The notary can make home visits

Fees

The standard fee is £80 plus VAT. Often there is no out of hours notarial fee surcharge and the standard fee applies.

Extra cost may be applied if
• Appointments are after 8pm or on a Sunday
• Extra copies or documents are required
• Company searches are necessary
• The document needs to be legalised at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office
• The document needs consulate verification –as is usually the case with documents for use in UAE or Qatar for example.
• The meeting takes place outside the M25 ring road
• Waiting time occurs

How to Pay
Payment may be made by cheque or cash.
