We can notarise your educational certificate if it has been awarded by an accredited institution.
In the UK, a list of accredited institutions is maintained by the government at the following link https://www.gov.uk/check-a-university-is-officially-recognised.
To notarise the certificate, you will need to provide the original to the notary. The notary will then need to check that the document has been issued by an accredited institution. They will then complete the required certification.
If the certificate has only been issued electronically, the notary will still need to check with the issuer as to its authenticity. The notary may also ask to see the original email from the issuer containing the certificate an electronic attachment.
